Fadiya is an experienced advocate, having conducted interim and final hearings over many years in the Family Court of Australia, the Federal Circuit Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of New South Wales. Fadiya also has extensive experience in appellate matters, working with preeminent Junior and Senior Counsel in Australia, including litigating a high stakes cross-jurisdictional appeal in the High Court.
Fadiya also has extensive experience in resolving family law matters without the need for litigation. The wealth of her experience in alternative dispute resolution is complemented by her recent longstanding role as Director on the board of a national non-profit organisation, the focus of which is strengthening interpersonal relationships.
